  • 4 hotdogs
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl. Set aside. Cut a slit on each hotdog and cook on a pre-heated grill over medium high heat for 1 minute per side or until cooked through. Brush buns with garlic and butter mixture and place heat buns on the grates until nice grill marks appear. Place a hotdog on a bun and divide pepperjack and cheddar cheeses in 4 equal parts. Top with bacon. And flatten buns with a spatula then return to grill. Remove once cheese is melted.

What you need:

  • 1 medium-sized classic pizza crust
  • 5 hotdogs, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat hotdog pieces and pizza sauce together in a pan over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and set aside. Place pizza on a grill pan and cook on a pre-heated grill, turning once, until crust is evenly cooked and lightly browned on the edges. Place crust on a serving pan then spoon hotdog and pizza sauce mixture into the crust, spreading evenly. Top with cheese. Return pizza to grill and cook for a minute or two or until cheese has melted. Allow to cool for a few minutes then slice into desired number of slices before serving.
