Easy Ways to Lose Weight – The BMW Method

Thousands of articles are written on how to lose weight? How to get slim? Or best diet plan to reduce fat so on and so forth, you may think this is another one of those. May be it is but only different is seeing the whole process from a different perspective. I will name this method BMW. Which is easy to remember and painless to follow. Brain set, meditation and workout–it is.

Brian set is setting your mind into something. Most of the time those who are overweight their main cause is eating. They do not get fat just like that. They are unable to control themselves from luxurious foods. Those who think they do not eat lavishly they should first find out what is causing their chubbiness from a physician. For the rest who are vigorous eater they need to set their mind that they need to lose weight. After setting it all you need is to act accordingly, that is eating less and eating selected good foods. (Trust me we all know which food is best for us)Throughout the day and during this whole process do not deviate from the plan. Set a goal for yourself that you can achieve, say for example in next 5 days I want to loss 5LB which is very achievable after 5 days increase your target. In that way your success rate will be high and you will be a better person all together.

Next is meditation. Why you need that? Very simple: to keep the “mind set” to remain in its position. Most of the time what happen is people few days after following the diet their tongue tends to go back to the previous eating pattern, so success rate before achieving the target plummet. People lose their confidence. Now question is- is it hard to do meditation? Not really- before going to bed give yourself 5 to 10 minutes, close your eyes think what you have done all day, what was right, what you should have done, think you are the most beautiful creation of the world and you can accomplish anything you want, you eat the food not the other way around etc. That way you can control your soul and mind. They (soul & mind) need to get together to have a victorious part in your life.

Last but not the least, is workout. Most of the obese scared the word “workout” forget about actual working out. No worries you do not have to go to gym or have to do skipping or running. Easy solutions- first start working at home like stop using your washing machine or dish washer or vacuum cleaner, play with your kids or neighbours kid, if you are reading walk around and read, if you are writing shake your legs underneath. I do not suggest vigorous exercises because after doing so the stomach feels empty and we may end up eating or drinking a lot. The best one I like is walking. Set an easy target say you want to reach 1 mile in 25 minutes than reduce the time gradually. And do this at a particular time of day or week.
