Grilled Sriracha Tofu

What you need:

  • 1/4 kilogram extra-firm tofu, sliced into cubes
  • 1 cup sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Combine sriracha, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger and black pepper in a bowl. Stir to combine ingredients well. Toss tofu cubes in the mixture and thread onto skewers, reserving extra marinade. Place skewers on a plate, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. When ready, cook on a pre-heated grill over medium high heat until cooked through, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Brush with extra sauce before serving.
