How to Build a Beach Body For a Hardgainer

As a hardgainer, I like to share my personal experience on how to build a beach body naturally without the use of drugs or expensive supplements. A hardgainer is someone who has a very difficult time gaining weight no matter what that person does. I remember losing weight while eating fast-food almost every single day even when I was around 135 pounds at 5’7″. The biggest problem with some of the hardgainers is that they are afraid to eat TOO much. They think they will get fat, but the funny thing is that they can’t even gain a pound!

First thing you need to check is your diet. I’m going to be very blunt here because you are going to need to eat as healthy as possible if you want that 6 pack to show up. I went from eating junk food all the time to oatmeal, chicken breast, egg whites, etc. Trust me, it is a torture in the beginning, but you will get used to it. If you are going the natural route like me, you are going to make sure your diet is solid. You can enjoy a real meal every now and then when you go out with your friends.

Too many people focus too much on exercising. I honestly believe that exercising is only 10% of the factor to get a nice beach body. I only stick to the biggest muscle building exercises. They are deadlift, squat, and bench press. They are great for building muscle and strength. I only spend 3 days a week and no more than 45 minutes for each day. The concept of quality over quantity is very important at the gym.

You have to spend most of your time eating and resting. If you keep working out the same muscle groups over and over again, then your muscles will not recover. The only way for them to grow is to have time to recover. Unfortunately, most people would pay attention to bodybuilding magazines because they have “authority”, and they are also making a ton of money from people like you.
