Microwave Cooked Food Is Nutritionally Deficient ‘Nuclear Waste’

Did you ever wonder what microwaves can do to water, food and your body? Russian researchers have found decreased nutritional value, cancer-making compounds and brain-damaging radiolytics in virtually all microwave-prepared foods. Eating microwave-prepared meals can also cause loss of memory, concentration, emotional instability and a decline in intelligence, according to the research. The Russian scientists also found decreased nutritional value – or significant dimming of their ‘vital energy field’ – in up to 90 percent of all microwave-prepared foods.

In addition, the B complex, C and E vitamins linked with stress-reduction and the prevention of cancer and heart disease, as well as the essential trace minerals needed for optimum brain and body functioning, were all rendered useless by microwaves, even at short cooking durations. Microwave-cooked food is basically reduced to the nutritional equivalent of cardboard. If you don’t want to develop nutrient deficiencies, you may be better off throwing this appliance out of your kitchen. The radiation has been found to accumulate in the kitchen furniture, becoming a constant source of radiation in itself. Bee Propolis – The Unknown Food Supplement Health Fanatics Love

Bee Propolis Research

Bee propolis is a strange substance which, at first, one might be a little leery of using to supplement a diet. Bees create propolis by combining sap from trees, flower buds, and other botanical sources with their saliva and natural beeswax. Along with beeswax, propolis comprises the structure of beehives. With antifungicidal and antimicrobial properties, propolis is used by bees to prevent diseases and parasites from attacking the hive. This may seem like a strange substance, but studies have shown that it imparts the same qualities within the human body as it does for the beehive.

In effect, propolis was the first antibiotic ever discovered. It has been used by for over two thousand years by civilizations such as the Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans to help keep wounds, lesions, and burns from getting infected. Ever since then, peoples all over Europe have used propolis to treat a number of conditions, including acne, arthritis, and all manner of infection. Botulism – Ayurvedic Herbal Treatment

Botulism is a serious illness that causes flaccid paralysis of muscles. It is caused by a neurotoxin, generically called botulinum toxin, which is produced by the bacterium, Clostridium botulinum. There are three main types of botulism: food-borne botulism; wound botulism; and infant botulism. Common symptoms include double vision, blurred vision, drooping eyelids, slurred speech, difficulty in swallowing, dry mouth and muscle weakness.

Food-borne botulism is considered to be a public health emergency. If diagnosed early, food-borne and wound botulism can be treated with an anti-toxin that blocks the action of neurotoxin circulating in the blood. The Ayurvedic treatment of botulism is aimed at preventing muscular paralysis, treating other associated symptoms and attempting to hasten the recovery process. Patients who survive acute episodes of botulism poisoning may experience fatigue and shortness of breath for years; Ayurvedic treatment can help reduce these symptoms and aid recovery. The Purple Hyacinth Bean – Ornamental Edible, With Caution

The hyacinth bean vine is covered with long racemes of pea-type deep pink flowers, followed by dark reddish-purple pods. A vine will quickly cover a post or arbor, and it’s beautiful both in flower and fruit. The plant is also known as lablab or Mochai Payeer or bataw. They are popular in India, Myanmar, Singapore, and the Philippines, where long tradition teaches the safe way to cook and eat them. Most writers in North America advise against eating the dried beans, because these traditional cooking methods are not well known here.

These vines grow in a manner that is very similar to the runner bean, although they are not related. The scarlet runner bean was first grown in the highlands of Central America, and it prefers to set its crop during cool weather. The hyacinth bean, on the other hand, comes from tropical Asia, and it likes the heat. The pods are edible when picked young, and are a common food in Asia, although they haven’t yet caught on her in North America as a food crop. Why You May Have Green Poop – 5 Shocking Reasons

Many people get alarmed when they seen green bowel movements, especially if they happen for no apparent reason. Luckily, the chances are there are no problems and the green bowel movement is perfectly harmless. On the other hand, there could be an indication that there is a much more serious problem underlying the green feces. But the big question remains: how do you know what is harmful and what is harmless?

You should first examine your most recent changes to see if you have undergone any of these recently. If you have, there is a chance that whatever was changed is causing the green feces and there is no cause for alarm. Some of these changes are:

  1. Increased water intake: There is a common correlation, especially in children, between the amount of water that is ingested, especially when combined with a sudden reduction of solid food intake, and green stools. Typically, it occurs in children who are getting over an illness. The increased electrolytes to keep them hydrated makes their poop turn green and is no cause for alarm.
  2. Postnasal drip: Believe it or not, swallowing postnasal drip, on rare occasions can cause green stools. If you have been sick recently, postnasal drip can cause green stools.
