You and I know that we can’t always control what happens in our lives, but we can control how we respond to them. What happens however when your having a bad week, your peri-menopausal or pre-menstrual? Well science might have an answer.

Let me introduce you to the world of brain chemistry and a powerful group of natural chemicals in the brain called neurotransmitters. The communication network in your brain is a multi-trillion maze of connections capable of performing 20 million-billion calculations per second. Yes, I did say 20 billion!

How does this intricate network operate? Well there are three major players:

Learn to Avoid Foods That Trigger Lupus Flares – With an Easy, at Home Food Allergy Testing Strategy

A food allergy is an immune response to a particular food or beverage, similar to the immune response against the body itself in a lupus patient. Don’t confuse food allergies with food intolerances; they are different. When you experience food intolerance, it is not caused by the immune system, and is simply an adverse response by your body to a particular food (like lactose intolerance).

You’ve got to take care of yourself; having lupus or any auto-immune disease makes you especially susceptible to food allergies and these allergic reactions can instigate flares.

There are many ways to determine food allergies and the symptoms they produce. According to the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network, you should watch for the following 7 symptoms up to two hours of eating. Senior Citizens Can Benefit From Network Marketing

Senior citizens can seldom make it on a small fixed income such as only social security. Most must have or probably have additional retirement income of some sort such as from past employment, IRA’s, or other retirement vehicles and savings. That may not be enough to offer a secure retirement in their winter years. Earning money is important even to the older generation.

There are many seniors who are working menial jobs in retail or fast food outlets. Although they may be working partly for the social aspect and to keep themselves active, many need that small amount of extra money they are able to earn to supplement their social security benefits. Their cost of living may have decreased, but their medical expenses and prescriptions have likely increased in their later years.

Country Markets – Traditional, Homemade Social Enterprise

There are approximately 300 Country Markets across England, Wales and the Channel Islands, which make up a network of people devoted to selling homemade goods and local produce. This network has been keeping these markets open and active for over 90 years, as part of a great co-operative social enterprise. Being part of a nation-wide co-operative offers a support network to these local markets, and helps encourage and expand the small businesses that produce homemade, local goods to sell.

The markets across the UK are usually held weekly, in a variety of venues in various cities, towns and villages. The social enterprise also encourages and support Farmers’ Markets, town markets, as well as agricultural and specialist food shows.

The regular small businesses and individuals who produce and sell the local, homemade produce in these Country Markets are called the Producers, who also participate as Members in this co-operative. Although it is national, the network is organised into more local Co-operative Societies, which are all registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act of 2014.

MLM Embraces Food Storage and Emergency Preparedness

MLM, which is the short term for multi-level marketing often preferring to use the term of network marketing, is an industry in which millions of people become involved each year. Some even make it to the status of millionaire in the process. Almost every conceivable product may be sold and purchased through this avenue of sales.

This is a people business in which the distributor, consultant, or representative is said to be in business for himself but not by himself. There are people in his “upline” who will help him success. There are people in his “downline” depending on him for assistance in helping them to succeed. The terms are sort of self explanatory, but each company has its own compensation plan and pay structure. They all work to some degree, especially in making the founders of the company very wealthy bringing with them a few fortunate souls who make a good living in the industry. Although most people who being the business will fail without finding any measurable financial success with it, still it is a way for the ordinary person without a lot of cash to invest to be able to earn money. Network Marketing Providing a Service

Network marketing is one of the most effective ways online of selling products and providing a service to others. Most successful networkers have a strong belief, commitment and value.

The core principle and function is to provide a service to others, if you help enough people to get what they want, you will eventually get what you want. This is why you need the strong belief and commitment to make it work.

Ever since 1949 when the first company Nutrille (A Californian based food supplement business) realised the potential of creating a network of distributors who were paid a percentage from the sales and creating growth for the business.

It was only the late 1950 that 2 leading distributors broke away due to issues with internal management and the lack of leadership. Although they were bound by their commitment to the people they have brought into the business they formed a partnership and set up a direct selling networking company which operated in over 50 countries and commanded 10% total annual sales on a global market. Building your network marketing business, the easy way

when you are building your network marketing business you can do it the easy way or the hard way. The hard way is figuring out who you are and why you do what you do. This can take decades or longer if you choose to focus on the cash flow instead of focusing on attraction and Authority. If you ever went to the store and bought chips or cookies or even a health food item, there’s always a catchy slogan somewhere on there. The best examples are Nikes old motto “just do it.” This is only icing on the cake though. You have to dig down and show your personality through your specific actions and words in everything you produce. Continue reading “Personalizing Your Network Marketing Business”

Networking Up and Down the Food Chain

I’ve been thinking about networking lately. Recently, I had a great meeting with a young lady I met maybe five years ago, when I revived a volunteer relationship with her organization. I found the volunteer activity personally rewarding and I took it seriously. There was an opportunity to sharpen a seldom-used skill that I find highly desirable and I saw to it that my work met or exceeded expectations. Scheduling prevented me from donating services for a couple of years, but I always responded to her outreach. When she asked to pick my brain about a program-related matter, which turned into a request for a face-to-face, I was happy to say yes.

Little did I know that the volunteer service, that is pro bono consulting work, would now pay a stipend. There is also an effort to grow the program. The organization has had trouble selling to the new target market and I was happy to suggest some talking points that should produce results. She took lots of notes. Sometime over the next few months, I expect that I will be invited to provide more pro bono work, this time with a very helpful stipend and a chance to gain access to individuals that I would like to add to my client list.
